By focusing on small photographic groups, Rod Hering leads like minded photographers to the wild areas of sub Saharan Africa, concentrating on the large rivers, the mighty Zambezi, the wild Kafue, the Chobe and Kwando Rivers. Your safari will be in areas renowned for predators, plains game, elephant and all the riverine birds and animals. You will be able to photograph from boats, vehicles and on foot.

By utilising boat tour operators and lodges with an intimate knowledge of their rivers and environment we are able to offer excellent opportunities for you to capture those stunning images, while enjoying personal tutorship. From novice wildlife photographer to the accomplished, we are there to ensure that you leave having improved your skills, from capturing the moment, to the post processing workflow. Our photographic safaris cater from the luxurious, based in exclusive lodges, to the adventurous, fly camping next to or on islands in Africa's majestic rivers.
