Dancefit classes starting in August!

Get fit the fun way with Carmen, and tone your body the Dancefit way!

Classes consist of cardio dance,with fresh, funky choreography, and stretch and tone dance routines.

Classes will be held at the Kloof Town Hall every Tuesday from 16:00 to 16:45.

Class fees R120 per month
