Private owners and landlords are able to easily manage and advertise 1 - 10 parking bays and place up to 10 free parking space adverts. To manage and advertise more than 10 parking bays users must upgrade to the Commercial User Account option.

Using the website, tenants are able find and book parking.

The ingenuity behind the web-based booking system is that it allows the landlord to have complete control over whether or not he/she wishes to accept or decline offers to rent his/her parking space.

Parking SA notifies the landlord immediately of each offer to rent his/her parking space(s) by SMS followed by an e-mail with an attached lease agreement for review, in order for him/her to accept or decline the said offer. Should the landlord not accept the offer to rent his parking space within 12 hours, the offer will terminate and both landlord and tenant informed thereof.

It is essentially a valuable, time-saving parking letting management tool giving landlords access to tenants, simultaneously automating all  of the administration involved in renting out parking spaces.

• The landlord will in every instance receive notification of new rental offers via SMS and email. The Landlord is in complete control and will ultimately have the opportunity to  either 'APPROVE' or 'DECLINE' any new offers to rent his parking space. Should the Landlord not approve the offer to renting his parking space within 12 hours, the offer will automatically terminate.
• Additional functionality fior Commercial Users include: (a) ability to communication directly with their tenants via SMS and e-mail using the built in Correspondence Module; (b) swiftly add and edit up to 200 parking spaces using the 'Upload Listings File' function and (c) review Dashboard Statistics about rentals within their particular parkade or parking facility.
