For mains, guest can enjoy a succulent braised lamb shank with mash potato, organic baby carrots and a rich red wine jus or confit duck leg with stir-fry vegetables, steamed rice and an oriental sauce or pan fried fillet of beef with a truffle and parsley mouse, potato rosti and steamed baby vegetables.

For desserts, enjoy a decadent malva pudding with a brandy snap basket and cream Anglaise or fresh winter berries with meringue and Champagne sabayon or lemon scented geranium ice cream.
