Kurland Hotel Celebrates Iconic Women on Mother's Day
This scrumptious signature menu includes - for the starters, light tempura crepe filled with gorgonzola, butternut and drizzled with an onion cream, or the salmon rosti with watercress, cream fraîche, salmon roe and a avocado oil dressing. For the mains, rosette of sole with a shrimp thermador, sweet potato and basil cream, rack of lamb with garlic potatoes and a tomato jus, or a goat's cheese tartlet drizzled with a red pepper coulis.
For desserts, delicious meringue layers with chocolate mouse and a hazelnut ice cream or indulge in the cream Brule infused with vanilla pod.
