Relais & Châteaux Hosts First Grand Chef Luncheon to Welcome the Silver Wind

7 February 2012: Reiterating the partnership with the Relais & Châteaux Association and Silversea Cruises, the Southern, East Africa and Indian Ocean Islands delegation hosted a private luncheon at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel to welcome the Silver Wind when it docked in Cape Town on 3 February 2012.

The lavish lunch was created by Peter Tempelhoff, Group Executive Chef of The Collection by Liz McGrath who has recently been awarded the title of Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef, joining existing Grand Chef, Margot Janse of Le Quartier Français.
