Starters include options such as grilled green tomato with miso cured salmon, capper berries, mixed baby leafs and a vinaigrette or ravioli of prawns and langoustines with roasted beetroots and a seafood broth or a seared springbok loin with herb polenta and a red wine and thyme jelly
For mains guests have three options to choose from - fillet of beef with pomme puree, fine beans, baby carrots and a truffle and foie gras spring roll or monk fish tail with coriander risotto, shaved Irish scallops, tempura vegetables and a reduction of red wine and dark chilli chocolate or chick pea croquettes with artichokes, rocket and a bocconcini and tomato salad.
A choice of three decadent desserts include hazelnut biscotti with a summer strawberry pate or apple and blackberry crumble with roasted pistachio nut ice cream or a rich chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and a crispy tuille.
