Hotel Izulu Embraces Secretary Day

Hotel Izulu, the 5-star jewel of Ballito and a member of the prestigious Best of KZN Collection, invites guests to celebrate Secretary Day on Wednesday 7, September, in honour of all secretaries, with an indulgent 3 course  lunch menu at the cost of R180 per person served from 12h00 to 14h30 in the renowned Gigi’s Brasserie.

For starters, guests can enjoy a deliciously rich cauliflower soup perfectly rounded off with truffle oil or indulge in the salmon tartare which consists of fresh Norwegian salmon, cubed and dressed with coriander and lime finished with an onion salad.

Sumptuous mains offers a succulent grilled kingklip served with mash potato, green beans, spinach and finished with a caper and coriander butter or guests may enjoy a tender beef fillet served with creamed spinach, green beans, flambéed cherry tomatoes and chips, topped off with béarnaise sauce.

For the grand finale, decadent desserts of hazelnut and chocolate fondant, served with chocolate sauce and mascarpone cheese or fresh fruit finished with a lemon sorbet.
