New General Manager at Gorah Elephant Camp

Gorah Elephant Camp, the 5-star, luxury safari lodge situated in the famous Addo Elephant National Park, which is a proud member of the Relais & Châteaux Association, has appointed Ross Buchanan as the Camp’s new General Manager.


Ross started his career in the hospitality industry over 10 years ago when he left school and relocated to England. This move started his love affair with travel and the industry itself. He studied psychology at the University of Cape Town, which has helped to fuel his passion for people.

Ross has worked through the ranks in Hotels in Dublin and Johannesburg before he found his way to the bush - his true home. He has worked and operated 5 star lodges in the Eastern Cape and the Okavango Delta, Botswana turning the later into a premier lodge. He has now returned to the bush to start a new exciting chapter with Gorah Elephant Camp.
