Grande Provence Sets The Table For Michel Louws

Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate, Franschhoek will welcome Michelin star, Executive Chef, Michel Louws from its sister property, Huka Lodge, in New Zealand on Friday 27 May 2011 who will create a New Zealand inspired 4 course dinner at R495.00 per person. 

Executive Chef at Grande Provence, Darren Roberts, will assist Michel in pairing his Huka Lodge-style signature dishes with fine wines from New Zealand, as well as award-winning Grande Provence wines created by legendary Winemaker, Jaco Marais. 

Michel is also one of the five Executive Chefs taking part in the Big 5 Multiple Sclerosis fundraiser luncheon on 29 May 2011.
