Easter Indulgence At Hotel Izulu

Hotel Izulu, the 5-star eco boutique hotel in Ballito, celebrates Easter in true culinary style with an indulgent à la carte ‘Easter Brunch Menu’ on Sunday 24, April at 09h00 under the guidance of Executive Chef, Guy Gorrie in the recently launched Gigi’s Brasserie - R220 per person.  

The ‘Easter Brunch Menu’ , consists of a selection of decadent South African  cheeses served with fruit, preserves and lavash, smoked salmon served with avocado, rocket, capers and homemade heath bread. Guests can also indulge in an array of quiches, yogurt and fresh berries and a hearty breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, tomato and potato. Bistro salad, stuffed mushrooms, oysters, stuffed avocados with cucumber, bacon and banana and a selection of indulgent frittata are also available amongst other tantalising dishes. For the grand finale, a decadent dessert of poached pears is served with almond and mascarpone.

The brunch is followed by an exciting Easter egg hunt for the children in the magnificent, organic gardens. An accommodation package is available at the cost of R1190 per person sharing per night in an Executive Suite. Children younger than 12 years old stay free of charge and includes breakfast and the Easter Brunch menu. This package is valid from 21 April until 26 April 2011 and is subject to availability.
