High Tea Sophistication @ Hotel Izulu

The new Gigi’s Brasserie at Hotel Izulu in Ballito, under the guidance of Executive Chef, Guy Gorrie, has created a sophisticated High Tea for resident guests or visitors to enjoy by the pool within the manicured organic gardens. It is served from 09h30 – 17h00 every day, at R85 per person, tea and coffee included, for a minimum of two people - High Tea parties can also be arranged for larger gatherings.

Guests can enjoy a selection of the following sweet and savoury delicacies - egg mayonnaise or cucumber and cream cheese or  smoked salmon, red onion and rocket sandwiches, freshly baked quiche of the day, decadent scones with a selection of organic jams and cheeses, strawberry and lemon fruit tarts, petit fours and chocolate coated strawberries.

A selection of fine teas or coffees are presented or for that extra special touch a full menu of Hotel Izulu’s award winning collection of Champagnes, Cap Classiques and wines from its impressive cellar are also available.
