New Single by Clyde Becker and Pixie Bennett

Sore Thumb Productions is proud to announce that the highly anticipated collaboration of renowned singer/songwriter Pixie Bennett and producer Clyde Becker has been released. The single entitled “Dandelions” was released to a worldwide audience under the Record Label, Sore Thumb Productions. The track will be available for download on iTunes and through all major digital music store within the next couple of weeks.

The Single boasts Pixie’s sultry voice and soulful songwriting combined with Clyde’s masterful production work to provide an end product that will keep you listening over and over in what has been described as a dance sensation drawing comparisons with the hit single “Cold Shoulder” by Adele and Basement Jaxx.

Pixie Bennett’s other projects include her work in the band the The Pixie Bennett Band who’s Single “So Spun” experienced great success on the SA Charts and also with their second single “Edge of the Line” following closely behind. Pixie’s dance roots can be found as a singer and club dancer as well as her collaborations with SA DJ’s, Lady Lea and Craig Massiv. In 2009 she entered into SA’s Pop Idols, making it to the top 7.

Clyde Becker produced and engineered American Dance artist Devonsol’s 2010 album”Insane” to critical success. His portfolio includes engineering songs for local artists such Oran Cohen, Jen Su and rock band The 13th Floor, just to name a few.
