Celebrate ‘Summer Night By Lantern Light’ @ Hunter’s Country House On New Year’s

Hunter’s Country House, Plettenberg Bay, part of the award-winning 5-star Hunter Hotels Group and a proud member of the Relais & Châteaux Association, invites guests to experience its annual New Year’s Eve dinner and dance celebration on Friday 31, December 2010 at 19h30, themed ‘Summer Night by Lantern Light’ for just R895.00 per person. The evening will commence just before sunset in the picturesque gardens with canapés and bubbly and a performance by Plettenberg Bay’s renowned ‘Two Tenors’. 

Guests will then make their way to the Main House where award-winning Head Chef, Tanja Kruger and her team have created a decadent six course menu for guests to indulge in before welcoming the New Year.

A selection of sumptuous menu options are available, which include classic beef consommé, truffled cauliflower panna cotta, smoked mussel cannelloni, oven roasted lamb loin, pan seared fish of the day, beetroot and goats cheese tartlet, cheese sip and the legendary Hunter’s famous soufflé for the grand finale.
