Hunter’s Chef Helps Bring Home Silver At Culinary World Cup
The culinary team presented their triumphant presentation in both the hot and cold kitchen categories with an enormous display of culinary art showcasing eight categories of the competition including a sugar display of over 120cm high and the preparation of 105 three-course meals in just six hours.
Comments Tanja Kruger: “Luxembourg has been an experience of a lifetime and I am extremely proud to be part of the South African team and representing the Garden Route. All this experience helps to bring the culinary expertise at Hunters to even greater heights and at the same time helps me to pass on the knowledge I’ve learnt to all our Chefs. Now the work begins on ‘gold’ at the Culinary Olympics in 2012!”
In addition to the team category, silver and bronze medals were achieved in the individual categories.
