A ‘Heritage of Food’ this September at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa

By The P.R Team, 01.09.10 | Comments
The legendary five star award-winning Cape Town Hotel Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa dedicates the month of September to a ‘heritage of food’ with a new set choice menu in the newly refurbished 24-hour Café of traditional South African dishes with a modern twist, created by Executive Head Chef, Roberto de Carvalho, at the cost of just R205.00 per person.

Embracing his own cultural heritage, de Carvalho has also launched a dedicated evening to experience traditional Portuguese cuisine. This takes place in the Hotel’s 24–hour Café every Wednesday until the end of October at the cost of R255.00 per person. This culinary event is a traditional feast, showcasing the finest Portuguese dishes, using only authentic recipes. Every week de Carvalho adjusts the menu to offer the full spectrum of Portuguese cuisine. This too, forms part of the Hotel’s ‘Heritage of food’ campaign.

During this time, the Hotel’s Leopard Room Bar and Lounge invites all chocolate lovers to indulge in the decadent hot chocolate of the month, ‘Mocha-Marula’ - a perfect milk chocolate hot toddy with Kahlua and Marula for just R45.00 per person.
