Grande Provence Estate, Franschhoek, showcases its award-winning wines
The Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Darren Roberts will create a unique à la carte menu available to members from 17-20 August, a Grande Provence Wine Dinner on the 21 August and the series of events will conclude with a relaxed South-African inspired Sunday brunch on 22 August.
Diners at the Grill Room at the Hong Kong Country Club are going to have the opportunity to taste some of South Africa’s finest flavours with dishes such as: Tartar of Springbok, Honey Roasted Quail, Essence of Karoo lamb, Kroon duckling and Natal lobster … and to finish chocolate and Amarula calzone.
During the entire time the latest vintages, recently released, of the Grande Provence wines will be served, however these will be given a unique place within the lavish eight-course tasting menu, to be served at the gala Grande Provence Wine Dinner.
The Hong Kong Club enjoys a scenic location and has grounds of over two hectares, with several restaurants – all of which enjoy spectacular views of Deep Water Bay
