Kurland Hotel Offers Oyster Indulgence at Pick n Pay’s Oyster and Wine Mardi Gra
Visitors will have the opportunity to indulge on decadent oysters by the dozen prepared by the local Chefs from the Garden Route and surrounds. Each Chef is required to prepare three different unique dishes making use of this exotic delicacy. Kurland’s fine organic vegetable garden will be utilised to prepare Coetzee’s secret recipes.

This culinary event is hosted by the Garden Route region of the South African Chefs Association and raises thousands of Rands for local charities every year.
